To whom it does concern,
You or a loved one could quickly and very easily have your livelihood stripped away by a false accusation if you are a Lyft or Uber driver.
If such injustices have already happened to anyone else, please join us by sharing my experience with others and sharing your experience with us at FightAgainstFalsifiedOffenses@gmail.com. Don’t feel alone, helpless, or voiceless in this necessary fight against inhumanity and abuse of power.
All current or future drivers who dare drive for Lyft or Uber are greatly encouraged to have a car camera set up and recording every trip. If this isn’t possible, at least keep a record of all of your trips in case you are unable to retrieve this information after being banned from the platform. Note basic information such as passenger name, date, times, locations, any information that makes that ride stand out as well. Screenshot each drop off and collect them on a document app to save space. I would hate to see anyone suffer from a false accuser who is effectively using a negligent system to purposely make sure you are treated as if you are guilty without any due process.
My Experience as a Lyft Driver
The Unfair Reality
I am also an upstanding peaceful private citizen of The United States of America. Against all odds, I have no criminal history, especially of violence in all of my 39 years of service with the public. I have never been accused of even the slightest of inhumane acts… until now. I have driven for Lyft in my spare time on and off since 2016.
My most recent activity span was over 8 months and I drove 847 people to their destinations, safely and soundly. During all of this time I had a 5 star rating and met all requirements. I took a month off after a major surgery I had on December 12, 2024, although I had a life threatening complication and was actually supposed to take at least six off.
On May 23, 2025, around 8 PM, I attempted to log on and drive, only to find my account deactivated. I go to my email and find a notice dated May 23. 2025 at 11:39 AM. It revealed that my “Lyft account has been placed on hold.”
Then I notice another message sent on the very same day, at 11:40 AM, and my jaw hits the floor as I read: “Your request (226159593) has been updated.”… “Your Account has been deactivated from the Lyft platform due to alleged violations of [Policy against sexual assault, misconduct, and harassment] in connection with a ride on 12/1/2024.”… The decision was already final and permanent.
Then I also saw a notice dated May 23 at 12:37 PM; a Consumer Report Notification from Uber, revealing my name has been registered by Lyft on to a criminal record keeping platform owned by HireRight, Inc. they also state that because of this, I am no longer qualified to drive for them.
On May 27, they put my car rental account on hold because I “Failed to meet ride minimum” as if I could ever meet the quota at this point. May 27, The Police [2:54PM] say I can’t file a report since no crime was committed. Even the lawyer I contacted seemed to be telling me there was no case, or no hope.
After getting as much of my affairs in order as possible, I returned the car on May 28. At such a point, now not only do I have no ability to work for Lyft or Uber and no transportation due to this, but I can't even use the platform as a passenger.
I attempted to argue with what was likely a computer for days until I discovered where to actually appeal it. I received my appeal response on May 30. Lyft actually replied that I must provide proof that I Did Not assault anyone on December 1. Seriously. How am I supposed to even start explaining anything when I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to defend myself against?!
Understand that I claim my equal right to qualified privilege for any statements I made or may make in self- defense after such a ridiculous response to a negligent termination. After the police and lawyers shrugged this off, I researched online and didn’t find much help.
A site did make it clear that it’s not recommended to share this type of experience with the world out of a fear of it being used against me. That’s when I had the epiphany that I must absolutely refuse to be abused in silence. To spread awareness as far as possible, I found this, the Fight Against Falsified Offenses for the public.
I must waive my Fifth Amendment right only because the Sixth Amendment that guarantees my right to a public trial and legal representation is being blocked or denied. Thus, I am also being denied the Fourteenth Amendment right that assures equal protection and due process. All parties involved with spreading lies about me, directly neglect to acknowledge any of my inalienable human or citizen rights. Justice is therefore biased.
I, Tiffany Nicole Bias, claim all of my unalienable, constitutional, and civil rights. The damage I've suffered from this “instant guilty” until proven innocent assumption has done leaves me with no choice, but to speak up about this injustice and Fight Against Falsified Offenses.
I want to face my accuser in court, but before I can do so, I need Lyft to release the allegation report.

Justice Bias

I, Tiffany Nicole Bias, stand to claim all of my unalienable, universal, constitutional, and legal birth rights, unless otherwise specifically written herein. With a free and sound mind, I am not moved by fear, lust, hate, pride, shame, guilt, grief or any other negativity.
As a mature adult, I take full responsibility for my actions and life path. I have worked very hard for a decent life ever since before high school graduation. Since then I've interned and worked with daycares and an elementary school, as well as in many highly respected spa settings. Until this incident, I have never been accused of anything at all, especially not something as despicably insulting as an assault… of any kind.
I know myself and there’s plenty of people who will also soundly and honestly attest to my mature, honorable, and sincerely good nature. Since my clean criminal history and expertise level of experience and professional training in ethics isn’t enough reason to at least doubt this storyteller, I am forced to fight for fairness and justice; so I may face my accuser as soon as possible. There is a one year statute of limitations.
My abuser/s have been successfully able to hide behind a platform that innately takes the word of the customer over the workers. They are allowed to trigger any biased system that automatically initiates destruction mode upon the real victims while the alleged victim claims to be trembling in the shadows. I am Innocent. I do not give them permission to wreak chaos over my life without any repercussions, evidence, or fair due process.
Lyft refuses to release the allegation report to me, negligently hindering my justice. I can’t even begin to understand what this John/Jane Doe is saying I said or did that has resulted in me now being banned from both Lyft and Uber, even as a passenger. I absolutely did nothing wrong to anyone, so do not deserve this. There’s way too many entities abusing their power.
“Where is the balance on earth in society where corporations and government officials are so focused on pleasing one kind of victim or person that it literally shuns another and possibly even targets them? There’s always someone messing it up for the rest, so I understand this injustice is fueled by a focus on predatory acts, but only on one end of the spectrum. I’m beginning to think a factory-reset is in order. I demand a fraction of justice.”

United States of America Government - Enforcement my right to due process so I may fairly address this situation within our Judicial System. I have been denied the ability to submit a complaint to the local authorities. I'm not sure exactly what laws or legislation is condoning and backing this injustice, but it should be looked into. Due to my inability to file a lawsuit, I urge the government to actually help me remedy this grievance by protecting the constitutional rights I have not waived.

The Simple Solution
"I Demand a Fraction of Justice"
1- I simply seek is for Lyft, Inc to simply release the anonymous statement that resulted in my being considered a safety risk. Release a copy of the allegations that got me irrevocably terminated and banned from your share-ride platforms, even as a passenger. Replace the names with Jane/John Doe to ease liability concerns, so this matter may be handled by the proper authorities.
To hide this statement is to hinder justice and show no regard for truth, due process, or any care for truth, nor the suffering lies can cause.
2- Hire Right Inc- to remove my name from your alleged safety threat database unless I am found guilty in court. Consider my sincere plea of “Not Guilty” beforehand and find reasonable doubt based on my true character and history. Note the lack of proof and inauthenticity of my accuser.
I also ask that you cease and desist from carelessly spreading rumors that I am a safety risk to other companies, however in good faith with your company another company may be. HireRight Inc has no written consent from me to collect, publish, or share any information about me with any third-party, Uber in particular.
3- My rights just seemingly have vanished beneath this insanity with absolutely no regard to any facts or truth. I am Not Guilty. When I’ve been proven innocent or Not proven guilty within a year of this allegation, I look forward to a public apology from both companies.
